How to redeem a coupon code?

This article outlines how you can redeem coupon codes on the AI & Analytics Engine.

There are two scenarios in which you can redeem a coupon code

1. A coupon code can be redeemed when signing up to a new subscription plan from a free trial or when upgrading a subscription plan and;

2. A coupon code can be redeemed against and active subscription plan.

Redeeming a coupon code when signing or upgrading to a new plan

When you sign up to a new subscription or upgrade your subscription plan, you can apply your coupon code on the checkout page and the coupon will be effective immediately.

Redeeming a coupon code to an existing current plan

Organization owners can redeem a coupon code within the Billing tab of an Organization.

1. On the Organization page, select Billing from the tab on the left-hand side, and then click on Redeem coupon.

2.    Enter the coupon code. Click on Apply and Redeem.

Coupon code terms

Validity

The period in which you may redeem the coupon.

Example: You may redeem this coupon within the next month, after which it is no longer redeemable.

Effectiveness

This period a redeemed coupon is effective for.

Example: Your coupon code is active to provide a 20% discount for the next 6 billing cycles.

Coupon rules

• Only organization owners can apply the coupons.

• If you currently have an active coupon in use. You won’t be able to redeem another coupon while the active coupon is applied.
